Validate business identity, ownership, contacts, online presence, use case, customer base, expected traffic, and supporting documents before enablement.
Compliance & trust
We treat identity, consent, traffic quality, fraud response, opt-outs, and traceback cooperation as operating requirements—not footer language.
Public business identity
The Denver address above is a business and regulatory mailing address, not represented as a staffed operating office. Current FCC RMD posture: partial STIR/SHAKEN implementation—performing robocall mitigation. The public filing is the authoritative posture. Review the public record.
Control framework
Validate business identity, ownership, contacts, online presence, use case, customer base, expected traffic, and supporting documents before enablement.
Document origin, purpose, consent basis, volume, CPS, concurrency, expected durations, answer profile, seasonality, and growth expectations.
Require direct named-sender consent where applicable; reject purchased or transferred consent; check DNC and suppression before contact; and honor STOP, do-not-call, and reasonable revocation immediately.
Monitor anomalies, preserve appropriate records, restrict suspicious traffic, respond to carrier inquiries, and cooperate with valid traceback requests.
Voice program review
The proposed Bandwidth baseline is live-agent voice. Prerecorded, AI-generated, and text-to-speech traffic is excluded. Predictive dialing is disabled by default and requires separate written approval.
Current ASR context: Skybridge management attributes the low aggregate percentage primarily to Verizon-destination attempts that are intentionally not routed but remain counted in the attempt denominator. A destination-carrier and disposition export is required to quantify and validate this explanation.
Proposed Bandwidth messaging remains disabled at zero volume until the specific brand, campaign, live opt-in, disclosure, samples, forecast, registration, STOP/HELP handling, and carrier approval are documented. Personal-loan and other high-risk financial lead-generation messaging is excluded.
Credential controls, least-privilege access, traffic alerts, route restrictions, incident escalation, and documented response procedures.
Customer diligence, program approvals, consent evidence, traffic records, opt-outs, investigations, and relevant carrier or regulator correspondence.
Evidence before activation
Live page or recording, exact disclosure version, named sender, affirmative action, timestamp, time zone, source URL, IP or session data, telephone number, campaign, and delivery history.
Pre-contact DNC and customer-specific suppression result, opt-out event, propagation record, reviewer, time, and affected systems.
Customer, campaign, source, dialer mode, initial attempt or retry, geography, caller ID, duration, disposition, complaint, and incident linkage.
Missing consent, unauthorized identity, abnormal retry or short-call behavior, complaint spikes, carrier blocks, or tracebacks can immediately pause a customer, campaign, DID, credential, source, or route.
A precise promise
No vendor can responsibly promise that every communication is lawful in every circumstance. We design and operate programs against applicable legal, carrier, industry, and contractual requirements; document the basis for outreach; and adapt controls as the use case or rules change.
