These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Skybridge Media website. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Website purpose
This website provides general information about Skybridge Media and its managed telecom, business communications, connectivity, and network operations services. Website content is informational and is not legal, financial, credit, or investment advice.
Skybridge Media is not represented as a lender, loan broker, or financial institution. We do not offer credit or make lending decisions through this website.
Permitted use
You may use this website for lawful business and informational purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape the website in a manner that disrupts service, or use its content to mislead others.
Intellectual property
The website's design, text, graphics, brand elements, and other content are owned by or licensed to Skybridge Media and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the website under these terms.
Messaging program terms
Any messaging program operated for Skybridge or a customer is governed by the disclosures presented when a recipient opts in. Program purpose and message frequency vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Recipients should opt in only for programs they wish to receive and must provide a mobile number they are authorized to use. An opt-in for one brand or purpose does not authorize unrelated messages from another brand or for another purpose. Messaging consent may not be purchased, rented, sold, shared, assigned, or transferred to a different sender.
Program approval and prohibited use
Access to a Skybridge-supported communications workflow is not an approval to contact any person. Customers must identify the actual sender, use case, source, disclosure, consent basis, DNC and suppression process, expected traffic, caller or sender identity, and responsible owner before activation. Purchased-list messaging, personal-loan lead-generation messaging, and use of consent captured for another sender are not accepted for the proposed Bandwidth program.

We work to keep website information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every page will always be complete, error-free, or uninterrupted. References to potential outcomes do not guarantee service availability, network performance, or business results.
