Call-detail records, answer and duration analysis, quality review, incident escalation, and troubleshooting with real people.
Responsible call flow
Approved source and permission record enter the campaign.
Suppression, campaign rules, identity, hours, and pacing are evaluated.
The approved manual or live-agent workflow places the eligible attempt.
Traffic follows the approved carrier path with Caller ID controls.
Disposition, duration, complaints, and anomalies inform the next action.
Dialer enablement
For the proposed Bandwidth program, prerecorded, AI-generated, and text-to-speech voice traffic is excluded. Predictive dialing is disabled by default and requires separate written approval after consent, agent capacity, pacing, retry, abandonment, and stop-switch controls are evidenced.
Onboarding & review indicators
Skybridge management identifies the current intentional non-routing of Verizon-destination attempts as the primary reason aggregate ASR is low. Those platform-recorded attempts remain in the attempt denominator but are not originated to the Verizon network. Destination-carrier and disposition records are required to quantify that effect. Aggregate statistics are not treated as proof of consent or campaign acceptability.
Call integrity
Skybridge's current public Robocall Mitigation Database posture is partial STIR/SHAKEN implementation—performing robocall mitigation. The public filing is the authoritative posture; no broader signing or attestation claim is made without current operational evidence.
